We do not use your data to train AI models without your explicit consent. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
In compliance with the Texas Responsible AI Governance Act, your conversation data and uploaded content is processed by third-party AI systems including Anthropic's Claude API. This processing occurs on Anthropic's secure servers. Please do not share sensitive personal information through the Service.
We share your data only with: Anthropic (AI processing), OpenAI (text-to-speech), Stripe (payments), MongoDB Atlas (database), Render (hosting), and Google Analytics (anonymized analytics). We may disclose your information if required by law.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Conversation history is retained for up to 12 months. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), you have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising (we do not engage in targeted advertising). Contact us at support@ventryx.org. We will respond within 45 days.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted password storage using bcrypt, HTTPS encryption for all data transmission, JWT-based authentication with secure httpOnly cookies, and restricted database access.
We use a single authentication cookie ("token") to keep you logged in, and Google Analytics cookies for anonymized usage statistics. You can disable cookies in your browser, but this will prevent you from staying logged in.
The Service is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
