These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Ventryx ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Ventryx platform (the "Service"), accessible at ventryx.org and related domains.
By accessing or using our Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into these Terms, and agree to comply with and be bound by them.
Ventryx is an AI-powered software platform designed specifically for Texas real estate wholesalers. The Service includes deal analysis, seller scripts, negotiation coaching, buyer pipeline management, repair estimates, assignment contract generation, proof of funds letters, and market intelligence for the DFW, Austin, and Houston markets.
The Service uses artificial intelligence technology to generate content, analysis, and recommendations. All AI-generated content is provided for informational and productivity purposes only and does not constitute professional real estate, legal, financial, or investment advice.
In compliance with the Texas Responsible AI Governance Act and applicable federal guidelines, we disclose that Ventryx uses artificial intelligence systems in its core functionality, including deal analysis, negotiation scripts, repair cost estimates, market data insights, and seller and buyer outreach content generation.
Important: AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. Always verify independently before making real estate decisions. Ventryx is not a licensed real estate broker, appraiser, inspector, attorney, or financial advisor.
To access the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activity that occurs under your account, notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@ventryx.org, and ensuring your account information remains accurate.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to the Service. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription.
Ventryx Individual: $19.99 per month, billed monthly.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal or by contacting support@ventryx.org. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service to engage in illegal activity, use AI-generated content to deceive or defraud any person, reproduce or sell any portion of the Service, attempt to reverse engineer the underlying AI systems, share your account credentials, or violate the Texas Real Estate License Act or any applicable real estate laws.
The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and underlying technology, is owned by Ventryx and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service solely for your personal or internal business purposes.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ACCURACY OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VENTRYX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE SERVICE OR AI-GENERATED CONTENT.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
