Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. We use secure HTTP-only cookies for session management.

What data we collect

We collect only what's necessary to run Ventryx: your name, email, and the deal information you choose to enter into the app. We also collect basic usage data to improve the product.

We do not collect sensitive personal information, social security numbers, financial account details, or any information beyond what you voluntarily provide.

How we use your data

Your data is used exclusively to provide the Ventryx service — generating scripts, analyzing deals, and coaching you through your pipeline. We use aggregate anonymous data to improve the product.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@ventryx.org. We will process deletion requests within 7 business days.

Data Sources & Methodology

Ventryx uses the following data sources to power its analysis tools:

Property Listings & Zestimates

Sourced via Zillow's public listing data through HasData API. Updated daily. Used for deal analysis and market intelligence.

ARV Calculation Methodology

Ventryx uses the industry-standard 70% rule: MAO = (ARV × 0.70) − Estimated Repairs. Users input their own ARV based on local comps. Ventryx does not generate automated valuations — it applies your numbers to proven wholesale formulas.

AI Outputs

Scripts, coaching, and negotiation responses are generated by Claude (Anthropic) — one of the most trusted AI models available. Outputs are designed to assist decision making, not replace professional judgment.

Market Data Refresh

Listing data refreshes daily. Market intelligence for DFW, Austin, and Houston is reviewed and updated monthly.
