Permitted Uses

Ventryx is designed for legitimate real estate professionals in Texas. Permitted uses include analyzing real estate deals, generating seller scripts and buyer emails for real transactions, estimating property repair costs, tracking legitimate real estate leads, and researching Texas real estate markets and pricing trends.

Prohibited Uses

The following uses are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without refund:

✗ Using Ventryx to generate fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive communications

✗ Using AI outputs to misrepresent property values, condition, or market data to buyers, sellers, or lenders

✗ Using Ventryx to facilitate mortgage fraud, wire fraud, or any form of real estate fraud

✗ Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or resell Ventryx's technology or data

✗ Sharing account credentials with people outside your organization

✗ Using Ventryx to harass, threaten, or intimidate sellers, buyers, or any other individuals

✗ Uploading illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content

✗ Attempting to bypass, hack, or exploit Ventryx's systems or security measures

✗ Using Ventryx for any purpose that violates Texas real estate law or TREC regulations

✗ Creating multiple accounts to extend free trial access beyond the intended period

Real Estate Law Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring your use of Ventryx complies with all applicable Texas real estate laws, TREC regulations, and local ordinances. Ventryx is a tool — how you use it is your responsibility.

AI Output Responsibility

You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content from Ventryx. Do not present AI-generated scripts, analyses, or estimates as professional appraisals, legal opinions, or certified reports.
