We offer a 14-day free trial so you can fully evaluate Ventryx before paying. Because of this trial period, we generally do not offer refunds after a subscription charge has been processed.

Free Trial

Ventryx includes a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start your trial. You will only be charged when your trial ends and you choose to continue.

Subscription Charges

Ventryx is billed at $19.99 per month. When your trial ends and you subscribe, your card is charged for the first month. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account portal.

Our Refund Policy

✓ We will issue a refund if:

— You were charged due to a technical error on our end
— You were charged after canceling your subscription and we failed to process it correctly
— You contact us within 48 hours of your first subscription charge and have not used the platform after the trial ended
— Duplicate charges occurred due to a billing system error

✗ We do not issue refunds for:

— Change of mind after the free trial period has ended
— Partial months of service after cancellation
— Forgetting to cancel before a renewal date
— Dissatisfaction with AI-generated outputs
— Accounts suspended for violating our Acceptable Use Policy

How To Request a Refund

Email us at support@ventryx.org with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email and a brief description of the issue. We respond within 2 business days.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. After canceling, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not charge cancellation fees.
